I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were large, modern, and very comfortable, although they got impossibly hot at times. The location was fantastic, right on the river, offering a beautiful view and being close to major attractions like Catedral de Burgos and Plaza Santa Maria. The service was very nice and helpful, although room amenities like a fan or fresh air were limited. The dining experience fueled me well for my day. However, dining was a bit pricey compared to other options in the area.
The hotel is conveniently situated in the city center, offering beautiful rooms with good furniture and amenities, though my second room was on a different floor which was a bit of a surprise. The service was extremely friendly and lovely, especially the helpful assistance received from Joana. The location by the river and close to the cathedral was terrific, making it excellent for exploring the town. The dining experience, while not included, was good but slightly pricey, with the personnel being extremely nice. Overall, a modern efficient hotel with both positive and negative aspects to consider.
